Dear Friends and Family,
As I write this report we are needed more than ever. In South Africa we are currently in the coldest winter and flooding across the country. South Africa is not prepared for this sort of weather and in Cape Town city alone 14,000 people are living on the streets, the weather is freezing and they are left living in wet conditions so we are facing an emergency across the country.
We have been using all our funding left over to setup emergency soup kitchens and purchasing second hand blankets to hand out to these people on the streets. Our shelters are all at capacity and we don't have the funds to open more centres so we are in the state of emergency management providing warm soup and blankets to those we can.
Thank you for supporting us and making this possible
