Relief for families affected by Flooding in Rwanda

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to you and the GlobalGiving disaster response team for your steadfast support of the Relief for Families Affected by Flooding in Rwanda project. Your generosity has already made a significant difference, and we are incredibly thankful for your commitment during this crucial time.

We would like to provide an update on the progress of the project and highlight some of the challenges we've faced. While we have made some progress, we have not yet reached our goal of assisting the most vulnerable families who were severely impacted by the flooding in May 2023.

To date, RWAYDAVO has been able to support 43 families, helping at least 295 individuals. However, our target is to assist 2,000 people, and we still have much work to do. In addition to direct relief efforts, we are also focused on long-term flood prevention measures, such as planting trees and vegetation to reduce water runoff and safeguard communities from future floods.

We kindly ask for your continued support to help us reach our goal. Please consider making a generous donation, sharing our project with your friends and family, and promoting it on social media. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the lives of thousands who are working to rebuild after this disaster.
