Dear Donors,
Thousands of dogs in Nigeria live abandoned, unwanted, or abused. Many face starvation, disease, or are killed for food, while others roam streets with no shelter or care. The “Rescue Unwanted & Abandoned Stray Dogs in Nigeria” project aims to provide urgent relief by rescuing stray dogs, offering medical care, safe shelter, and opportunities for adoption into loving homes. Through this initiative, we also aim to raise awareness about humane treatment of animals across communities.
Rescued dogs will receive vaccinations, treatment for injuries, and proper nutrition. Education campaigns will engage communities, reducing violence and harmful practices against dogs. By protecting these animals, we not only save lives but also foster safer, healthier environments for both dogs and people.
While we are grateful for the initial donations received, additional support is needed to reach the funding threshold and begin the project. Immediate action is crucial to prevent further suffering and provide care for these vulnerable animals. With your help, rescued dogs will live safely in homes rather than on dangerous streets, and communities will benefit from reduced risks of disease and increased awareness of animal welfare.
Warm regards,
