As you know, RCS is an alternative learning center (ALC) for Rohingya refugee children in Kuala Lumpur and Kedah. Apart from providing the usual classes and lessons, we also provide transportation to 90 students in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As an NGO, MRA understands that education is more than the provision of academic classes. It also means removing barriers to educational services such as the absence of reliable transportation services.
The transportation service began with the founding of RCS Kedah in 2019. Currently, we have 2 vans that can move and safely transport our students between RCS and their homes. It is possible thanks to your kindness and unwavering support.
The students can happily ride the van, knowing that the van will safely transport them to RCS for another lesson of wonder and empowerment. Lastly, please accept the smiling faces of RCS's students riding the vans as our thanks to you.
