Dear friends and supporters,
We are grateful for your support in promoting ethical volunteering in Cambodia through the Rok Kern Project.
Over these last few months, due to changes within the Rok Kern project and staffing, the project is paused for reflection and we are planning to establish a full functioning team to come back with a more effective plan that can enhance a more learning and practice experience for schools, churches and individuals who are supporting this cause and beyond. This would include reviewing the course materials and make it more relevant and practical.
For the time being, we'd like to encourage you to to visit our learning platform and course materials: https://www.rokkernacademy.com/ and to share with people the existence of this learning site that have been developed by the dedicated team who have experienced living and working in Cambodia and have been volunteers themselves. We also would love to recieve your feedback and to hear how they have helped inform your understanding and practices around ethical volunteering and how the materials could be developed better.
Thanks for your patience and support.
We look forward to sharing with you again our plan in the next few months again.
Best regards,
The Rok Kern Team
