There are many ways in which your donations save lives, and one of the most impactful ways is through the surgical procedures supported by your donation.
One of our patients in northern Syria, a 13-year-old boy, suffered a severe bone injury in the form of a fractured right femur as a result of a fall from a height.
Our medical team in one of our hospitals in northern Syria performed an urgent surgery, stabilizing the fracture with an appropriate plate. At this moment, his pain has ended, and we anticipate that he will regain his ability to walk very soon... Thank you for your generosity!
Please continue to bring hope to every patient and injured person by donating to surgical sponsorships and save a life.
Make your mark in the lives of the vulnerable.

Your great support mends both physical and moral fractures!

For a patient suffering from a fracture, every second means unbearable pain.
Just like our patient Abdullah, who endured a fracture in his collarbone. He was rushed to one of the hospitals in northern Syria, where his pain was relieved, and he was prepared for an urgent surgical procedure. The fracture was stabilized with an appropriate metal plate, and Abdullah was discharged in good health... But that's not all!
In our surgical program, we perform corrective surgeries, like the case of a child with a debilitating deformity in the arm that caused the forearm to rotate. With your continuous support, his case was taken into consideration, and the disfigured fracture was corrected, allowing the child to return to a normal state.
Thank you for all this generosity. We kindly ask you to continue this great humanitarian impact.

Your support for surgical procedures saved the lives of a child and a woman!

Obtaining a spot for surgery can take months for patients in northern Syria, a known and expected challenge for all patients requiring surgical intervention. However, what cannot be anticipated is the need for emergency lifesaving surgical procedures that can affect anyone, regardless of age or health, as seen in these two emergency cases from the Orthopedic Emergency Surgery Department at one of SEMA's hospitals.
The first case involves a 45-year-old woman who suffered a fracture in the left thigh bone due to a fall. Similarly, the second case involves a 12-year-old adolescent who also experienced a fall resulting in a thigh bone fracture.
Both patients underwent urgent surgical procedures to stabilize the fractures with an appropriate plate after radiological and laboratory investigations. They were discharged after a period of recovery in the hospital's wards.
We extend our gratitude to all those who donated to sponsor surgical procedures, especially for those in urgent need who lack the financial means to undergo them.
Your donation saves the lives of these individuals, so we urge you to continue your support and generous contributions.
