The SINAL team is excitingly preparing for the 20 social entrepreneurs to arrive in just a few weeks. We have been preparing the houses and organizing the curriculum for the 10 weeks. The fellows will have the opportunity to meet leaders from around Brazil that are working with education and innovative professionalization programs. They will have the chance to visit organizations like AfroReggae and Gastromotiva in Rio, which train young people in the arts and in healthy cooking.
The 10 weeks are divided into three parts: the Venture Lab, which will train them how to launch their own social project, the Media Lab, which will train them how to do marketing, media and communications, and the Challenge Lab, where they will develop an apprenticeship program for young people in Latin America. The fellows will leave SINAL, having created a program, and will be ready to launch their own ventures
