A lot activities at the LAP since the start of the school year in October 2025.
Besides the school we are developping income generating activities to help become more sustainable. Those activities are fish farming, chicken breeding. We plan to add greenhouses for vegetables and also the production of fries.
We see progress with those activities but they are slower than planned.
Also we have been selected by the Grand Projets du Burkina to offer agricultural training of 10 weeks to young villagers. We haev received 147 beginning of January. To accomadate them we had to bring army tents.
This program can be repeated and shoul bring additional resources for the LAP.
The results of the students for the first trimester are good. Only the second year students have grades lower than last year. I had a discussion with the students to try to understand the difficulties. Nothing cam out in the discussion which can explain this drop. Motivation may be?
We are really greatful that you are helping us support poor children to have a quality and adapted education.
