Skilled and Educated Children for Better Bosnia

Dear friends and donors of the 'Skilled and Educated Children for a Better Bosnia' project,

Our free educational learning platform continues to be the number one learning resource for students in Bosnia and Herzegovina, even in the new era of AI-based learning. During the first ninety days of the 2025/26 school year (September through December 2025), we welcomed 30,000 users and recorded 80,000 page views. Many students have gained new knowledge through our STEM resources, laying a strong foundation for their future achievements and for the growth of our small but beautiful country.

None of this would have been possible without the generous support of individuals like you. The Center for Sustainable Development (Centar za odrzivi razvoj) continues to rely on donations to sustain and expand our educational programs.

Dear Friends and Supporters of the "Skilled and Educated Children for a Better Bosnia" Project,

Our free educational platform, STEM.BA, continues to serve as the leading online learning resource for students across Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the 2024–2025 school year, we welcomed more than 118,000 users, generating over 308,000 views. We are proud that thousands of children and young people have gained new knowledge through our STEM resources. Even more importantly, this success lays the foundation for their future academic and professional achievements.

We are continuously working to expand and improve the platform by adding new lessons, video content, and new subjects. This year, we have launched work on a Financial Literacy curriculum, as part of our broader program in Digital, Media, and Financial Literacy. Although the original project with the U.S. Embassy was unfortunately cancelled due to broader funding changes in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we remain committed to completing this subject. We are now seeking support from local businesses to help us achieve this important goal.

At the same time, thanks to donor support, we have significantly improved the existing subjects of Physics and Chemistry, making them more engaging and accessible for students.
