Dear Supporter,
Following the devastating earthquake that struck northern Syria, NSPPL centers have been at the forefront of providing essential services to victims and survivors. Among the many services offered, NSPPL has been leading in the production and fitting of prosthetic limbs for survivors who lost their limbs during the disaster.
Recently, Sarah and Mohammed visited the NSPPL prosthetic center in Afrin. Both suffered lower limb amputations as a result of the earthquake. They received physical therapy and were fitted with custom-made prosthetic limbs, allowing them to regain mobility and independence to the greatest extent possible.
Thanks to the Steps to Recovery: Supporting Syrian Amputees project, Sarah and Mohammed are now on a path to rebuilding their lives, with the ability to walk and care for themselves. This progress would not have been possible without the generosity of our donors. Your contributions have a direct and life-changing impact on survivors like Sarah and Mohammed, giving them hope and the tools to move forward.
As we continue to support those affected by this disaster, your continued generosity will ensure that more survivors receive the care they need to regain their independence. Together, we can help even more individuals rebuild their lives.
Thank you for your unwavering support.
With gratitude,
