Dear Supporter,
Abd, a 26-year-old man, faced a life-altering challenge when he lost his left leg above the knee due to vascular disease. The emotional toll was overwhelming, as he described:
"When I lost my limb, I felt as though I had lost one of my children and everything I owned. But now, I am happier than ever. Hope has returned to me, and I can continue my life normally after getting rid of the crutches."
At NSPPL, our team worked closely with Abd, fitting him with a custom prosthetic limb and providing comprehensive training to restore his mobility. Today, he is preparing to return to his job in psychological support for children, feeling empowered and motivated to embrace life with confidence.
