Eight months after losing his lower leg in a brutal airstrike, Hassan—a father and primary provider for his family—took his first hopeful step toward recovery. His life had been drastically altered, limiting his ability to move and work. But your support changed that.
At the Syrian Foundation Center for Prosthetics and Rehabilitation, Hassan underwent a full medical and technical evaluation. The specialized team carefully measured his residual limb to begin designing a prosthetic tailored to his daily needs and physical condition. With these precise measurements, the fabrication of his new limb is now underway.
