Dear Supporters,
Salim, a dedicated father of three, faced a major life challenge when he lost his foot during the earthquake. Thanks to the support of NSPPL, he was fitted with a lower prosthetic limb, which allowed him to walk again, regain mobility, and return to work.
Currently, our team is providing Salim with targeted training on using the prosthetic after completing physical therapy, ensuring he achieves full independence and confidence in daily activities. His journey highlights the transformative impact of rehabilitation and prosthetic support for those affected by disasters.
Stories like Salim’s demonstrate how compassionate intervention and community support restore dignity and hope. Many more individuals await their chance to regain mobility standing with them makes a meaningful difference.
