Eight months ago, Ahmad lost his leg in the devastating earthquake that struck his region. As a father and the main provider for his family, the aftermath of the disaster brought not only emotional pain but also significant physical challenges. His ability to move freely and earn a living was suddenly taken from him.
With your generous support, Ahmad was welcomed at the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center. Following a careful medical and technical assessment, our team began working on a customized below-the-knee prosthetic limb to help Ahmad regain his mobility and independence.
During his second visit to the center, Ahmad took his first new steps this time, with the help of his new prosthetic.
Guided by our rehabilitation team, he gradually learned to balance, walk again, and most importantly, believe in himself.
Today, we are proud to share that Ahmad has fully received his prosthetic limb and is now ready to return to work and support his family once more. His story is one of strength, resilience, and hope and it is made possible by compassionate supporters like you.
Every step forward Ahmad takes is a testament to the impact of your kindness.
