Abdul, a man in his fifties and a father responsible for a family of ten, was displaced from Aleppo and faced immense hardship while trying to provide for his loved ones. During his work as a laborer in a local market, a devastating airstrike resulted in the loss of his lower limb above the knee, along with multiple injuries that left him unable to work and support his family.
With your help, Abdul visited our NSPPL center where his condition was carefully assessed. A suitable prosthetic limb was designed and fitted for him, followed by dedicated rehabilitation and training. Today, Abdul has regained his ability to walk with independence and dignity. This transformation has empowered him to return to work and once again provide for his family, even after the challenges of displacement.
Your kindness has not only restored mobility but also renewed hope and stability for Abdul and his family. Continued support like yours allows us to reach more individuals in need and create lasting change in their lives.
