¡Muchas gracias!

A similar effort was led by Sergio, another youth leader of Punto Crea, who managed to get a physical space in the municipality of Chiantla, in the department of Huehuetenango

  • Work meetings with staff of the Directorate of Extracurricular Education (DIGEEX)

Vitruvian Guatemala facilitators presented the STEAM challenge-based learning methodology implemented by Punto Crea and its pedagogical alignment with the areas of the National Base Curriculum of Guatemala to the DIGEEX of the Ministry of Education in Guatemala. The implementation of the challenge, Let's Tell Our Story - Express Ourselves on Social Media  (Figure 2), in a hands-on workshop allowed staff to better understand the methodology the challenge-based methodology. The workshop concluded with agreements on strategies for the implementation of the Punto Crea methodology in the DIGEEX mission.

Thanks to their generous contributions, Punto Crea continues to offer education and a better future to hundreds of young people in Guatemala. Thanks a lot!
