There are many differently abled people living in the rural villages who are in need of something but due to many reasons they are unable to get them. They are also far away from the many government schemes too because of the lack of awareness or lack of resources. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is working for the betterment of the Disabled people from the last many years and disability is one of the focus areas of the RSKS India. RSKS India team works for the education, empowerment, social, health and livelihood of the disabled people and children with disabilities living in the rural villages.
RSKS India team through their firm determination to work for the welfare of the disabled people were able to link 15 people with disabilities with the government schemes in the last month. In India, the traveling of the people with disabilities in the bus and train are for free but for this they have to create their Disability bus pass and rail pass so that they can avail this scheme of government. RSKS India team along with the disabled and their family members were able to provide 25 bus passes and rail passes to 25 differently abled people.
The differently abled people who got these bus passes and rail passes were very happy as now they can travel for free in the busses and railways and their would be no financial burden on them. These passes enabled them to go out from their village and move towards cities in order to search for employment or to get medical assistance. The family of the disabled people were also very happy as they along with the person disabled has to go to cities many times for health checkups, medicines and other needs so now at least they would get some benefits through these passes. The family members along with the differently abled people thanked the RSKS India team members from bottom of their heart for helping them in getting these passes.
