Academic Progress
From April to June, students completed the National Academic Competency Test (TKA), final assessments, and graduation requirements. Grade 9 and Grade 12 students celebrated their graduation with parents and teachers, while students across all levels successfully completed the academic year and advanced to the next grade level.
Celebrating Balinese Language Month
Pengalusan students opened the event with Balinese Merak Angelo dance and choir, performing the songs Ratu Anom, Putri Cening Ayu, Sampun Panamaya, and Sayo Nara, accompanied with a blend of traditional and modern music. The celebration also featured various competitions, where a Jatituhu student won first place in the Dharma Gita competition.
Celebrating National Education Day, May 2nd
Pengalusan students impressed the audience with musical performances featuring songs about education and the environment, including a traditional Balinese Dharma Gita performance. In the competitions, Pengalusan students won first place in the senior high academic quiz, second place in the junior high category, third place in the elementary category, and second place in the debate competition, with Jatituhu students earning second place in the senior high academic quiz and third place in the debate competition.
School Renovation
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, all junior and senior high students participated in the renovation work which began on May 11 to improve the school facilities and provide a more comfortable learning environment. The project was completed in early June, allowing students to begin the new 2026-2027 academic year in brighter and more sturdy classrooms.
Music Activities
After developing their skills in harmony, songwriting, and collaboration with traditional music, students continued to grow as young musicians. Following performances at major school celebrations, several students also recorded original songs as part of an educational empowerment campaign.
Youth Empowerment and Digital Skills Development
Grade 7–8 students completed lessons on gender, nutrition, health, and financial literacy through the SRHR program; Grade 9–12 students participated in Creative Projects that promoted inspiration, social awareness, healthy lifestyles, and environmental responsibility through filmmaking, research, and agricultural activities. Students also strengthened their digital literacy by learning Microsoft Excel, including data management, charts, and basic formulas.
Thank you for your continued support. Your generosity enables us to continue providing quality integrated education and create brighter futures for students in our communities.
