Namaste Everyone,
As always, a warm greeting from all from here at Rescue Junction.
I hope this report finds you and your family well.
I wanted to try and describe how our approach here at the Junction isn’t just about giving free food accommodation and support to vulnerable children. We do that for sure, but we must do more.
We work with police, railway police, the railway itself, porters, schools, the press and electronic media, community organisations, the local and state governments, the courts, the judiciary and civil groups to try and totally transform the environmentfor allchildren to make a safer more protectiveand caring local society.
This is a vital part of our work, and your wonderful support helps not only care for children on a day-to-day basis, but helps transform and improve the whole atmosphere and reality for many many children.
Raising awareness in community and amongst fellow professionals and target groups , school children and the public has meant that now so many more individuals are looking out for situations where children might be at risk, enabling early interventions and positive outcomes.
Thank you so much for your support in helping us with this change.
It literally means the world to children here.
Priyka
