At the end of the semester, four grade 12 students proudly graduated from EBPP, having been guided by our dedicated teachers from elementary through high school. These graduates are now pursuing short courses to work abroad, helping to support their families. Their emotional graduation ceremony was a testament to the life-changing impact of your support. Report cards were distributed to all students in our 6 schools in the presence of their parents, celebrating achievements and fostering essential communication between teachers and families.
April was a pivotal month for our teachers as they prepared students for graduation exams, semester tests, and performances for National Education Day on May 2. They also led extracurricular activities in music, computer skills, and English, enhancing students' creative and technical abilities. Students engaged in computer-based exam simulations, crucial for assessing their literacy and numeracy skills, while also practicing drama, music, and dance.
In computer studies, students designed invitation cards and created PowerPoint presentations. The English Club expanded their vocabulary, honed their pronunciation through international songs, and we encouraged them to write their own poems.
Through the EMpower extracurricular programs, teachers collaborated with students' parents to create crafts and weaving related to Hindu culture, strengthening the school-community bond.
Prior to starting the new 2024-2025 academic year, our teachers were deeply involved in curriculum evaluation, eager to improve their teaching methods and enhance the quality of education. Currently, in addition to the academic classes, they are mentoring students for their creative performances to be showcased on August 17, in celebration of Indonesia's 79th Independence Day.
Your continued support is vital. It enables our teachers to guide, inspire, and prepare these students for bright futures. Let's keep the momentum going and make an even greater impact in the coming year.
