In a modest rented home, lives the orphaned child Hanan with her mother and elderly grandparents. Since losing her father, Hanan’s mother has become the sole provider for the family. She works tirelessly as a seamstress, striving to meet the basic needs of her daughter and aging parents, despite the hardships of life and the added burden of the intense summer heat.

Thanks to your kind support, we were able to provide a financial sponsorship for little Hanan. This assistance helped ease the family’s burdens and enabled the mother to secure some essential needs such as food, clothing, and daily living expenses.

Hanan smiled — and her mother felt, perhaps for the first time in a while, that someone out there shares her struggle.

Amid the harsh conditions faced by thousands of orphans in northern Syria, monthly financial sponsorships continue to be distributed to the most vulnerable children, providing stability and easing the burden on their families.

Among these cases, a financial sponsorship was delivered to the orphaned child Asim, who lives with his mother in a rented home in the city of Jarabulus, northern Syria, after losing his father at an early age and with him, the sense of safety and stability.

His mother struggles daily to provide the bare essentials for her only child. This sponsorship came as a lifeline, helping them secure food, clothing, and some of their necessary daily expenses.
