My experience at Palm Institute prepared me to transition into the business environment. I studied Computerized Accounting and found the course curriculum at Palm Institute to be very challenging but rewarding. It provided me with a hands-on approach to accounting and the software available. The seminars that were offered provided practical knowledge from those working in the field. The two years at Palm Institute built my confidence and improved my presentation and team-work skills.
Palm Institute also provided students with the opportunity to participate in a competition to develop sustainable solutions for businesses in The Netherlands. This opportunity enhanced my creativity and provided contacts that led me to my current job as a Customer Experience Officer at Allianz Insurance in Ghana.
