Project Update

During this quarter, we have not yet received funds to begin the full implementation of the “Train S/East Youth in Snail & Fish Farming Project!” However, our passion and readiness remain strong. We have laid the groundwork to ensure that once funding begins, the project will take off immediately and effectively.

Our Prospects and Goals

Despite the current financial limitations, we have moved forward with planning, structuring, and preparing for full execution. Our goals for the next phase include:

1. Training & Skills Development
Equip youth with hands-on skills in snail farming (heliciculture) and fish farming (aquaculture) to promote financial independence.

2. Job Creation & Poverty Reduction
Enable trained youth to generate income, support their families, and contribute to local economic development.

3. Sustainability & Community Growth
Develop lasting livelihood pathways that uplift entire communities, reduce vulnerability, and promote self-reliance.

4. Establish Community Demonstration Farms

Set up training hubs where youth can learn, practice, and grow their farming businesses with technical guidance.
Our team is fully prepared, and once funds arrive, implementation will begin immediately.
