We Can't Start Training Midwives Yet

By Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri | Project Leader

Dear Supporters,

We are writing with an urgent update on our project to train 50 midwives for 2,000 disadvantaged mothers. While we are grateful for our first donor, the funds raised are not yet enough to begin the training program.

This delay has a direct human cost. In rural areas, women are giving birth without skilled help, facing preventable risks like severe bleeding and infection. A trained midwife can be the difference between life and death.

We have a curriculum, trainers, and communities ready. But we cannot enroll a single student midwife without the necessary funds for training materials, transportation, and support.

We urgently need your help to reach our goal. Please, consider donating today. Your support can help train a midwife who will save countless lives.

Thanks for being so kind!

Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
