Over six months, teachers will attend hands-on workshops, receive manuals, and create low-cost teaching aids. They will get in-class mentoring, join support groups, and learn to assist children with learning challenges or trauma. These practical steps ensure immediate classroom impact and lasting improvements in teaching quality.
