Train 75 Primary Teachers in Child-Centered Method

We are pleased to share that this project has officially launched with an initial donation of $25, marking the first step toward our $6,000 fundraising goal. While we are still in the early stages of funding, every contribution is helping us build momentum toward transforming teaching quality in five underserved primary schools. Current funds are being directed toward project planning, teacher selection, and preparation of training materials so implementation can begin immediately once more support is secured.

Even before the first full training session, the project has already started creating hope. One teacher, Mrs. Grace, from a rural primary school shared how she has struggled to keep over 50 pupils engaged using outdated rote methods. She explained that many children lose interest quickly because they are not actively involved in lessons. She is eager to join the training and learn practical strategies that will help her students enjoy learning and improve their reading skills.

So far, 1 donor has helped initiate this project, and preparatory outreach has already engaged 15 teachers who have expressed readiness to participate once trainings begin. When fully funded, this project will train 75 teachers who will collectively impact more than 3,000 children every year through improved literacy, numeracy, and classroom engagement.
