Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by residents of the Gaza Strip—especially displaced families living in temporary camps—our field teams continue to provide food assistance in an effort to ease the suffering of families who struggle daily to secure their basic needs.
Among these families is the family of the child Shahla, who lives with her parents in one of the camps in the city of Khan Younis in the central Gaza Strip. The family resides in a simple shelter within the camp and faces significant challenges in securing regular meals due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis and severe economic hardship.
During one of our field distribution visits, our team delivered hot Iftar meals to Shahla’s family in an effort to ease some of the difficulties they face and provide the family with a warm and nourishing meal under these challenging circumstances.
The family expressed their sincere gratitude for this humanitarian gesture, which brought them a moment of comfort and reassurance amid the hardship they endure. For many families living in the camps, such meals represent more than just food—they carry a message of solidarity and hope, reminding them that they are not alone.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all donors whose generosity makes these humanitarian efforts possible. Your support allows us to continue reaching families in need and providing assistance that helps ease their suffering.
