Dear Friends and Supporters,
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who has shown interest in this project. So far, the donations received are not yet enough to start production or distribution. However, we continue to prepare and plan carefully for the moment we can begin. The need for this project remains very real and urgent in many parts of rural Nigeria.
Across several communities, thousands of women and girls still struggle every month due to lack of safe menstrual products. Many rely on rags, paper, or leaves, which often cause infections and discomfort. Some girls miss school during their periods, while women skip work or stay indoors out of shame. The high cost of commercial pads makes things even harder for families living on very low incomes.
Our plan is to produce and distribute 15,000 washable sanitary pads that can last up to two years. These reusable pads will help women and girls stay clean, confident, and safe throughout their menstrual cycles. We also intend to train local women to make these pads, creating a small but steady source of income within their communities.
At this stage, we have identified production partners, prepared training materials, and selected communities for the first phase of distribution. Once we receive enough funds, production will start immediately, and the pads will reach women in the areas where they are needed most.

We thank our first donor for believing in this mission, and we look forward to welcoming more supporters soon. Every dollar matters. Your contribution can help one woman or girl manage her period safely.
Kind regards!
