Traditional Tet activities for children
Traditional Tet activities for children

We are happy to share with you latest updates on Where Dreams Bloom, the project supporting at-risk girls to to school until they complete K-12 education.

In January, AAT organized a traditional Tet activity for children (from 12 to 18 years old) of the program "Where dreams bloom". The children had interesting experiences through activities such as asking for the word Ong Do, learning about customs and traditions on traditional holidays, etc.

Mobile library - is part of a program called "Where Dreams Bloom", which aims to support and protect 30 children aged 6-18. Every month, when a staff visits her home, she will bring her a new book to read. Next month, she will come again to give her a new book and receive back the old book, that book will continue to be passed on to other friends in the Where Dreams Bloom project, that's how most of them read and develop knowledge together. Meet Daffodil, one of the little cute members of AAT. She is a person who is eager to learn through reading. Daffodil shared that: "Reading books not only helps me acquire new knowledge but also a form of entertainment so it can make me feel relaxed after stressful school hours. Every book I read contains a whole new world inside it. How exciting!"

Last March, the children in the program Where Dreams Bloom had the opportunity to experience the actual craft of pottery making. Through observation and practice under the guidance of the teacher, you have completed your artwork and shared your ideas/inspiration to make them with everyone around you.

Our program would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to you. Donors like you ensure that we can carry on our important work in our community. There are thousands of inspiring projects here on GlobalGiving, so we’re grateful you chose to support our work. Thank you for being a part of our team of supporters that are making our project a reality.
