For the past three months, we have been diligently working on our annual, traditional hair donation event. The event will take place on November 17th, 2019 just in time for this report. Last year we have more than 320 donors, and since the beginning of the project, we made 38 wigs. This year we hope to surpass the number of hair donors and supporters. Apart from the opportunity to donate hair, visitors at the Sarajevo City Center will have the opportunity to buy heart-shaped balloons and support the long-term sustainability of the project.
There will be 35 hairdressers and 30 volunteers, and we hope to reach the magic number 400 in hair donations. Photographs will follow after the event. Stay tuned!
