Wigs for a smile

Dear supporters,

If you remember, during our October 2021 report, we put an emphasis on the growth of our wig-team. Senada joined the wig-making workshop and has, since, successfully completed training to become an independent wigmaker, after months of intensive, manual efforts and dedication. Our veteran wigmaker Fuad is no longer alone, and now 4 hands and two pairs of eyes are focusing their efforts on putting smiles on children's faces. 

Our little wig-making duo has made and handed over 8 wigs since our last update and is currently working on more hair pieces for children with cancer or alopecia around Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additionally they have completed 4 wig corrections for previous hair-piece owners. We are attaching the photos of this fine craftsmanship so you, also, can appreciate the meticulous work and love Fuad and Senada have put in making them.

Also, we want to thank all our hair donors - more than 10,000 of them for bringing a smile to someone's face, without even knowing them. We thank them for each piece of their soul that they dedicated to this project. We are hoping that this fall we will able to organize our traditional Hair Donation Campaign at Sarajevo City Center.
