To attain quality education that goes beyond classroom and passing examination anywhere in this part of the world; among others, Kole Intellectual Forum is engaging quite a number of stakeholders with an attempt to achieve their assumed goal to promote quality, sustainable and potential education in Kole District in not less than 10 yeas from this date of reporting.
Among them is that: Kole Intellectual Forum is engaging the Uganda Police Force under the department of child's protection unit and community a liasion office to help in creating awareness in schools about the child's rights in education and the community rights on how to demand for quality education from their goverrnent

Staff Capacity Building: Confront the tasks

Building the capacity of staff to confront the organizational tasks
Having learnt about how valuable it is to have the organizational staff that are able to confront the organizational tasks to the assumed set goals; Kole Intellectual Forum to its interest to perform and having also learnt about the types of society they are dealing with; the organization has taken the initiated to train and build the capacities of their staff in the number of relevant field.
Among them (the staff), some are being trained in community mobilization and others are undergoing at the course of Agriculture; given that quite a number of the community that the organization is dealing with are farmers; the organization on the other hand wants to mobilize them proffessionally in farming; that is why they are training their staff in cmmunitty mobilization and agriculture.

Promoting physical activities at the Institute
To promote physical activities at the Insttute of Knowledge of Kole Intellectual Forum; the organizatin through their members has allocated some fund received from the platform of GlobalGiving to procure sports equipments those are contributig towards prevention and management of noncommunicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes as well as reducing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, enhancing brain health, and can also improve overall well-being of the students according to the organizational observation made by the team of researchers from Kole Intellectual Forum.
This has resulted into positive outcome of the students performance and at the same time reduce their level of falling sick as to compare with the pass time when they (students) were not participting in physical fitness activities.
