A close supervision by the Instructor
Close supervision is a management method in which is used by any individual leader or manager to closely monitor and guide the behavior and performance of the subjects, being it at school, institution or at any given place of work.
Kole Intellectual at its Institute of Knoowlede is using four basic principles of supervision that are useful for monitoring to ensure they group the activities and assign duties. The four principles are parity principle, unity of command, the chain of command, and span of control.
Through these principles, the Institute Instructors are able to provide support to their students by improving on their standards, as well as reducing risks that ma lead to poor performance and stress.

Practical Examinations:Testing Students’ Ability
Practical exams are also known as Performance exams. As the name states according to the observation of Kole Intellectual Forum; it is treated that: pracical examinations are those actions taken by the candidates to test their performance and ability and to understand if at all they can apply their theoretical knowledge that they had received from the classroom.
Their advantages are those that: Practical Examinations emphasize on the real-world of application, that can enable the students to apply knowledge to practical scenarios for a deeper understanding of concepts. They promote critical thinking and holistic problem-solving, fostering analytical skills useful in various fields.
On the other hand, it's also look at as a performance exam or a work situation that isreplicated to test a candidate's ability and skill in performing critical and frequently performed job duties
