Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance

Dear Friends,

Since 2016, when the organization - Kole Intellectual Forum - through its action research, discovered that: one of the weaknesses that are making the majority of the children of the common men to perform poorly in public primary schools in the post war area of Northern Uganda; is about inadequate tests and examinations, the organization has since then been providing tests and examinations to the schools that it had been working at; firstly, the organization started with Apedi public primary school in 2016 and the Angic public primary school in 2017 to date. In deed as a result of such interventsion, the performance of these children has drastically improved; especially Angic public primary school that the organization is still working at.

It is therefore always our intention always to see that we visit the school; we meet that children; parents and teachers. 

Dear Donors/ Friends/Fundraisers/supporters

We are grateful to inform you that: through your support, Kole Intellectual Forum is continuously and effectively able to implement one of its four key principles of promoting quality and sustainable education in public primary schools of Northern Uganda, specifically, Angic public primary school, Kole District, Northern Uganda; that is, the principle of Community Integration Program, although they intersect each others; other principles are, action research, modern telecommunication system, and entrepreneurship skills.

A number of various stakeholders in their various capacities have been consulted; and these, included: government officials, politicians, school administrators, opinion leaders, elders, clan leaders, religious leaders, and wel wishers

Among the advises given by those mentioned above, were about how can community identify, implement and provide solutions to the education problems of their children in Angic public primary school; parents of the children (out of school engage in skills training by Kole Intellectual Forum) also agreed to start collecting some fund to support job creation of their children every week for six months.
