Kole Intellectual Forum has found out that: there is nothing much better to engage in when empowering the girls on earth than boosting their self-esteem so that they can also empower others—they are using that particular techniques them and make them feel special and strong; by encouraging them to speak up to the people in a crowd and make sure them know of their values to the society.
Out of this, Kole Intellectual Forum, with support from the donors from the platform of GlobalGiving, the team of Kole Intellectual Forum is expecting higher productivity, better employee engagement, enhanced customer experience, and improved work culture with their concern students.

After Kole Intellectual Forum have learnt that: when one share meals with each other; or, when staff share meals with their students; the activity does more than mere satisfy physical needs; but, it also fuels emotional needs and draws people closer; with support from the donors to the organization and with the designing and a unique and the most useful community demand driven- programs Having family meals as often as possible will help ensure that your kids grow up healthy and have strong bonds with you and each other.
In a happy situation, we have found out that: sharing meals with our students provides us with a strong social connection that creates a sense of belonging and responsibilities to support each other’s ability to work together.

Consultin KDLG's official on KIFA's programs
By the statement: KIFA working in partnership with Kole District Local Government (KDLG) ; it means that, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is working in close partnership with Kole District Local Government. Like any other NGO organization that is working any part of the world that derived its authenticity from the Government where its works from; that they play a broad role in addressing economic and social issues; providing services to society through welfare works for community development, assessing local budget, citizen's awareness, women empowerment, education, health, assistance in national disasters, and sustainable development (Roy, 2017:1–8); Kole Intellectual Forum is such organization in Uganda that is campaign for quality education through action research with focus on women empowerment.
With consultation with District officials like thiis one at the photo above, had been the case of Education system; the organization is consulting the education officer adapting to local situations as well as responding to local needs and therefore able to develop integrated projects, including the sectoral projects those are a well off shooting to the local needs.
We give thanks to our donors for supporting the work of Kole Intellectual Forum that are designing program that shoots the needs of the local people and community.
