From invisibility to visibility: Human Resource
Among the greatest quote about vision is that: “Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others” Jonathan Swift.
It is really true that: by the year 2023, Kole Intellectual Forum is reporting to you that, with the support from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving, the organization is able to show its vision to others. Its vision is that, it would be among the world’s Global Development Partners, 8 years behind it was invisible, but today as we write this report, the invisible has turn up to be visible; hence, a true vision in practice.
The true development that had been in a form of vision is that: you can see the students undergoing developmental training; the staff those are employed by the organization; and, the physical location of their offices that can easily be identified

Returns of the donations
Concern on the returns of the Donations.
At Kole Intellectual Forum, we have learned that: the more we demonstrate how to use the donations we are receiving from our donors in a credible way, the more would flow to our project. Exactly, unlike other nonprofit organizations, Kole Intellectual Forum however little it may be; we are very proud that we are investing the fund we receiving for what we have asked for. For instance, we are using the fund for renting the rooms for training, paying the salaries of our staff, buying material of clothes for the training , buying about 4 different uniform for our students, food stuff, just to mention but a few.
We are grateful to report to you that: investing the donations we are receiving purposely, it has helped the organization - Kole Intellectual Forum - to grow to different stages of the organizational development processes within the shortest possible time.

Promoting of self teaching at KIFA
At Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA), self-driven learning realized to be that approach that gives learners the flexibility to think, interpret, and apply the knowledge they gain from teachers in classroom at their own pace, which is often not possible with system-concentric learning. It also allows them to exercise the freedom of referring to multiple sources knowledge
Of course, as students start to take ownership of their learning and experience success, they also develop invaluable confidence and self-motivation. According to the observation of the staff at the Institute of Home Econmics - KIFA, the noted that: this has increased their enjoyment of learning across a wide range of subjects at the Institute whilst also preparing them for personal and professional success later in life.
