With more communication with parents about their children’s behavior at the Institute; it has helps teachers to understand why some students act or misbehave in certain situations, and how they can react appropriately. The findings have found out that: Parents who participate in the meeting feel more invested in their children’s as well being, which has led to them to be more involved and committed to what they are doing.
Another important part of any parent-teacher meeting is background information about all the children and the teachers have been able to give the insight into what they think the children’s behaviors.
