Kole Intwllectual Forum (KIFA): An Institute of Holistic Training
Although Kole Intellectual Forum treats holistic training as that fitness that focuses on three main areas of their students ‘wellness: particularly, on their mind, body, and nutrition; their actual goal is to look beyond physical training and address their needs of the whole personalities. In that particular training, the institute is incorporating at nutrition, workouts, mindfulness techniques, and meditation into a number of strategies.
To the Institute, term “holism” is referred to the theory of Holistic training that is defined as the all parts of a body those are interconnected. According to definition, holism is from the Greek word, “holo,” meaning “whole”), in other words, the definition says, it's a mistake to study just one part, or even multiple parts separately, if at all, we really want to understand how certain things work together.
Hence, at Kole Intellectual Forum, there theory in classroom, there is also practical skills in different field of life, including real field work of gardening that you can see the students engage at above.
