A Historical Perspective

Since 1948, the World Health Organization (WHO) has led global public health efforts. In 2016, the WHO declared hepatitis a major global threat, urging nations to work toward eliminating it by 2030.

Pakistan faces one of the highest burdens of hepatitis in the world. Millions in rural villages live without doctors, medicines, or clean water. Brick kiln workers and daily-wage families are trapped in cycles of poverty and illness, with no path to diagnosis or treatment. Without urgent help, these communities risk becoming lost generations.

Project Progress

Thanks to your support, we are bringing healthcare to Pakistan’s most forgotten villages. In the past quarter alone:

• 1,200 people screened for hepatitis B & C
• 460 patients received treatment and medicines
• 300 food packs delivered to support recovery
• Awareness sessions conducted to teach prevention and early care

Impact Story

At one of our medical camps, we met Shazia, a 32-year-old mother of three. For months, she suffered weakness and fear, unsure she would survive to care for her children. With your help, she was screened, diagnosed, and placed on free treatment. She shared:
