Summary

This project will establish an institute in Yemen that provides interactive, practical education to help young people overcome war-related trauma and build strong futures. The curriculum develops mental, emotional, spiritual, and economic skills, including entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and life skills. By strengthening resilience and well-being, the institute empowers youth to discover their potential and create lasting opportunities for themselves and their communities.

Challenge

In Yemen, young boys and girls continue to grow up under the constant pressure of war, which shapes every part of their lives. They are deprived of quality education, a sense of safety, & the opportunities that young people elsewhere enjoy. Years of conflict have exposed them to violence, displacement, and hunger, leaving deep psychological impacts that harm their well-being, limit their ability to learn and grow, and restrict their economic prospects.youth urgently need support to cope with truma

Solution

This project addresses the root causes of youth vulnerability in Yemen by creating an institute dedicated to rehabilitation and practical education.Through interactive learning, the institute builds young people's mental, emotional, spiritual, and economic strengths-skills they urgently need after years of conflict. Training in leadership, financial literacy, life skills, & personal development will help youth recover from trauma, rebuild their confidence, and recognize the possible opportunities

Long-Term Impact

In the long run, this project will help build a resilient, skilled generation of young people who can overcome trauma, create sustainable livelihoods, and lead positive change in their communities. By strengthening mental well-being, confidence, and practical economic skills, the institute will reduce long-term poverty and empower youth to build stable, productive futures for themselves and their families
