We have been able to distribute blankets, cleaning tools, and food baskets to the most vulnerable families.

It is still raining heavily in Sana'a, and the situation for many families is very difficult. But we are grateful to have your support as we continue to work to provide relief to those who have been affected by the floods.

The Support Yemeni Society Organization’s Team has some ideas for sustainable solutions for those affected Yemeni people. They are as follows: 

• Provide cash assistance to families so that they can purchase the items that they need to rebuild their lives. This would help to boost the local economy and give families more control over their recovery.
• Support the construction of flood-resistant housing. This would help to reduce the risk of damage and displacement in future floods.
