11,000 people need clean water. 10 wells will transform Uganda's communities forever. Your generosity builds hope one well at a time. In Eastern Uganda's Butebo, Bukedea, and Kumi districts, A A Relief, an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) organization, will construct 10 sustainable water wells. Each well serves 500 people daily with clean, safe water. Our project provides sustainable water access to schools, hospitals, and villages.
In Butebo, Bukedea, and Kumi districts, 11,000 people face a critical clean water shortage. Communities rely on contaminated rivers and open ponds, leading to widespread waterborne diseases. Schools and hospitals operate without reliable water sources, impacting education and healthcare. The lack of clean water affects every aspect of life - from basic hygiene to community development, creating an urgent need for sustainable solutions.
A A Relief will construct 10 sustainable water wells strategically placed across these districts. Each well, built with concrete lining and modern hand pumps, will serve 500 people daily with clean, safe water. Our comprehensive approach includes proper drainage systems, protective covers, and community training in maintenance and hygiene practices. These wells will provide immediate access to clean water while ensuring long-term sustainability.
Our 10 wells will create lasting change across these communities. Schools will maintain proper hygiene, hospitals will operate safely, and families will access clean water daily. Through community ownership and maintenance training, these wells will serve generations to come. The impact extends beyond water - improving health, enabling education, and fostering community development, directly benefiting over 11,000 people.
