Dear Donors and Friends,
Namaste! As we step into the dawn of 2026, we wish you and your loved ones a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
We are writing to you today with hearts full of gratitude. Your generous support has been the cornerstone of our mission to provide food and education to children in need, helping us lay a solid foundation for a brighter, more equitable future.
The final quarter of 2025 has been a period of significant impact. Thanks to your contributions, we have successfully sustained our daily meal program for over 120 children at our slum Upper Primary School. For many of these students, the meal they receive at school is their primary source of nutrition, ensuring they have the energy and focus needed to succeed in their studies.
Our most critical intervention continues at the Guntur Mirchi Yard. This area is a hub for migrant workers from states like Bihar and Odisha, who work gruelling hours grading chilies.
In our recent survey, we identified a staggering 2,200 children who were out of school and left without proper care while their parents worked.
Since July, we have been operating two non-residential day-care centers as a safe haven for 120 of these vulnerable children, most of whom are under the age of 14
These centres provide much more than just a safe space. Every day, our dedicated team of teachers, cooks, and helpers provides these children with breakfast, mid-day meals, and evening snacks, alongside a foundational education. We are also proud to share that this project has earned formal recognition and support from Samagra Shiksha, Government of Andhra Pradesh, a testament to the transparency and effectiveness of our programs.
Over the past four months, up to December 2025, your collective donations reached $700. This has been vital in keeping our doors open. However, as we enter the new academic year, the need remains urgent. To maintain the quality of care and nutrition these children deserve, we require consistent funding. To put the impact into perspective, a donation of just $500 is enough to provide daily meals to 50 children for an entire month.
As you reflect on the year ahead, we humbly ask you to consider supporting us through a recurring donation of $100 per month. This steady support allows us to plan for the long term and ensures that no child at our centres goes hungry or misses out on an education.
Thank you once again for your unwavering trust. You are not just donors; you are a crucial part of our mission and a source of hope for these children. We are deeply grateful for everything you do.
With Gratitude,
