Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank those who have supported the Donate 8,500 Books to School of Nursing & Midwifery project. Your support shows concern for nursing and midwifery students who struggle to study without adequate learning materials.
Across many nursing and midwifery schools in Nigeria, students lack access to current textbooks. Libraries are filled with outdated or damaged books, and many students are forced to share a few copies or rely on incomplete notes. Most cannot afford the recommended texts, which affects their understanding of subjects such as anatomy, obstetrics, pharmacology, and patient care.
This project is planned to donate 8,500 relevant textbooks and reference guides to selected nursing and midwifery schools. The books will support classroom learning, library use, and shared student access, helping reduce shortages and improve daily study and exam preparation.
At this time, the donation received is not able to start the project yet. Procurement and distribution of the books cannot begin until additional support is secured.
With sufficient funding, this project will help students study more effectively and graduate better prepared to serve patients in hospitals and communities. We will continue to share updates as progress is made.
Thank you for standing with future nurses and midwives and supporting their education.
Kind regards,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
