Thousands of people affected and are still vulnerable by the deadly earth quake in Azad Kashmir Pakistan. The earth quake has killed 33 people and left nearly 1000 injured with damaged houses. Donations will provide relief to survivors in the form of supplies like food, shelter, water, and medicine in addition to longer-term recovery assistance to help residents recover and rebuild.The donations to the project will support relief and recovery efforts throughout the region.
At least 32 people, including women and children, died after a 5.8 magnitude of earth quake in the Northern part of Punjab, whereas dozens were reported to be missing.According to the media reports, the flood had also destroyed more than 1000 houses, multiple shops and the locals have been directed to move to safer areas. The large areas is expected to receive the after shocks of the earthquake causing more damage in the different regions including Punjab, KPK and Baltistan
All donations to this fund will support recovery and relief efforts for the earth quake affected in Pakistan. Initially, the fund will help survivors' immediate needs for food, fuel, clean water and hygiene products. Once initial relief work is complete, this fund will help the locals to rehabilitate.
AWARD Pakistan will provide long-term support to survivors and communities of natural disasters like the earth quake. AWARD will prepare people to respond to the emergency more effectively through Disaster Risk Reduction Training. Donors will reported about the funds utilized through reports and pictures . Local Volunteer force will be prepared to help people in need.
