Educate the Future Leaders of Sierra Leone

Thanks in part to your support, 62 students in Sierra Leone are gaining vital digital skills through our Microsoft Office Applications training. In August, students learned to create CVs and cover letters in Word, design professional presentations in PowerPoint, and build databases in Access. These practical exercises are giving them the confidence and knowledge they need to succeed in school and future careers.

We’re excited to share that many students produced polished CVs and engaging presentations, while others even demonstrated advanced database skills. This month, the students are continuing with Microsoft Excel, where they will practice using formulas, analyzing data, and creating charts.

Computer literacy is no longer optional—it is essential for success in education, employment, and entrepreneurship. By helping students master these skills, you are directly contributing to the creation of a more educated, empowered generation of leaders in Sierra Leone.
