Thank you for your ongoing generosity—especially during GivingTuesday! It is because of donors like you that we were able to successfully distribute 100,000 pencils to 10,000 students across 20 schools in Freetown, Sierra Leone, on November 20th.
The air was filled with excitement, teachers expressed renewed hope, and students proudly held the new pencils that will help them write, learn, and dream. These pencils are far more than school supplies—they represent encouragement, dignity, and opportunity for children striving to succeed.
Your support matters!
It ignited motivation.
It restored confidence.
It reminded students that their education matters.
And while GivingTuesday has passed, your continued generosity still has the power to open doors for even more children who are eager to learn and grow before the year ends.
From all of us at Develop Africa, thank you for transforming communities—one pencil, one student, one school at a time.
With gratitude,
Amy & the Develop Africa Team
