Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, Develop Africa recently visited the Milton Margai School for the Blind in Sierra Leone to deliver both dance costumes and encouragement to the students there.
The Milton Margai School for the Blind plays a vital role in providing access to education for visually impaired students. Despite the dedication of teachers and staff, resources are often limited, which makes donor support especially meaningful for the students and the school community.
The school is well known for its strong music and performance culture, and the donated costumes will be used during school presentations and cultural activities.
Your generosity sends a powerful message to these students: you are seen, you are capable, and you matter. By investing in inclusive education, you are helping ensure that every child—regardless of ability—has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
Thank you for standing with visually impaired students in Sierra Leone and for believing in a future where education is accessible to all. Together, we are helping create classrooms filled with dignity, opportunity, and hope.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Amy and the Develop Africa Team
