Welcoming New Students And Celebrating Graduates!

By Leah Crabtree | Project Leader

We're excited to share an update on our rhino scholarship for the first term of the year! As you know, this term is crucial for welcoming new students. With a record-breaking number of 116 scholarship recipients chosen in 2023, we've been busy ensuring a smooth induction and admission process for them at their new schools.

Focus on Student Success:

We're happy to report that the student appraisals took place successfully over two weeks, beginning on April 8th. We met with students and their parents in designated locations across all 20 communities we serve. These meetings were a valuable opportunity to discuss academic performance and encourage our scholars to maintain their excellent grades, paving the way for a smooth transition to higher education.

Celebrating Achievements:

We are delighted to report that eight students, six girls and two boys, have successfully graduated, showcasing the positive impact of your contributions. Furthermore, their exam results reflect commendable achievements, with three students attaining a B plain, one student achieving a B minus, one student securing a C plus, and one student each earning a C minus and D plus.

We are incredibly proud of these graduates and excited to see what the future holds for them. Your support is instrumental in making these successes possible.

Looking Forward:

We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all our students and are actively working on initiatives to further empower students in all regions.

Thank you again for your generous support. It's with your help that we can continue to empower these deserving students and make a lasting impact on their futures.
