As part of Masarat Initiative’s efforts to refresh its communications tools and present itself more professionally to donors and partners, we held a working session with Mr. Hayyan, a brand development and nonprofit profiling expert.
During the meeting, we walked him through Masarat’s story, our four educational tracks, and the audience we serve inside Syria.
We then discussed how to reflect all of that in one coherent profile that speaks clearly about our identity, mission, and educational impact.
We concluded the session with a clear structure for the Masarat profile (Who we are, the problem, the solution, the impact, student stories, and growth plan), and with a better sense of the language we need to address international donors on GlobalGiving in a way that is both human-centered and professional.
