The Executive Director of Masarat, Eng. Hassan S., visited the Masarat Center in Idlib, where he met with the teaching and administrative teams. During the visit, discussions focused on the proposed updates to enhance the initiative’s operational mechanisms, covering areas such as educational programs, psychosocial support, and communication methods with students and the local community.
- The discussion centered on:
Strengthening staff competence and improving overall performance within the center.
Adopting more interactive approaches to digital education.
Enhancing the work environment to promote collaboration and innovation.
Assessing students’ needs in the region to expand access to educational services.
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to listen directly to the team, discuss field challenges, and engage them in shaping the next phase of Masarat’s work.
